Coronavirus (COVID-19) company policy

This company policy includes the measures we are actively taking to mitigate the spread of coronavirus.
Our employees are kindly requested to follow all these rules diligently, to sustain a healthy and safe workplace for both you, as our client, and also our own employees, whilst in the environment of your property.
It’s important that we all respond responsibly and transparently to these health precautions.
We assure you that we will always treat your health and safety with the utmost importance and as a company priority.
Our coronavirus (COVID-19) company policy and procedures are susceptible to changes with the introduction of new and additional governmental guidelines, which we are perpetually monitoring.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) company procedures

  • ​A company representative will contact you prior to our fitters arriving at your property, to check that it is still safe to visit.
  • Our fitters will prepare all necessary PPE and sanitation equipment prior to visiting your property.
  • ​Whilst in your property, our fitters will always wear face masks.
  • On completion of work, our fitters will clean down and sanitise any areas which have been worked in.
  • Our fitters will not be accepting offers of drinks and snacks from our clients.
  • Where possible, we ask that you are not in the same room as our fitters when they are working.
