We retain our agreement details for purchases past the expiry of the guarantee period and up to 25 years. The life of our products often exceeds the guarantee period and customers will repeatedly contact us to request replacements and ask for dimensions etc to be provided. If we do not have access to your data and the contract details, we will not have the information to facilitate the warranty.
